Global Payments Inc. provides payment technology and software solutions for card, check, and digital-based payments in the Americas, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific. It operates through three segments: Merchant Solutions, Issuer Solutions, and Consumer Solutions. 

In Q3FY23, Global Payments revenue rose 8% to $2.47bn as compared to $2.28bn in Q3FY22. In the nine months, revenue increased 7% to $7.22bn as compared to $6.72bn in the prior period. The increase in consolidated revenues was primarily due to an increase in transaction volumes, including from the recently acquired EVO business, partially offset by the effects on revenue of the divested businesses
