On 6 November 2025, the Hamburg court officially registered a merger squeeze out, which means all remaining minority shareholders of ABOUT YOU had their shares transferred to a Zalando subsidiary called ABYxZAL Holding AG. This subsidiary will now take over ABOUT YOU’s legal position and will be renamed ABOUT YOU Holding AG.

ETSY announced that its Chief Technology Officer, Rafe Colburn, has now expanded his role to Chief Product and Technology Officer, effective September 8, 2025.
