Q3FY22 Performance: Revenue was $49.4bn, up 18% and 21% in constant currency. Earnings per share was $2.22 and increased 14% and 18% in constant currency when adjusted for the tax benefit
from Q3FY21. Net income was $16.7bn and increased 8% GAAP (up13% non-GAAP).

Stock Performance

Microsoft’s stock price jumped 6% after the Q3FY22 results as the company marginally beat consensus
expectation by 1.6%. Although due to sell off pressure from broader market indices, the stock continued its downtrend journey, falling over 13% from the highs of $317 in Mar ’22.
